Bikash Adak] pending before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, fast Track,1st Court, Burdwan.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner from the various order sheets that several adjournments had been granted in the present case and the petitioner herein is being prejudiced.

Considering the nature of relief prayed service is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 2290 of 2024 is thus

disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour all the matrimonial suit expeditiously preferably within six (6) months from this date of this order.
