Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the police complaint is a result of a civil dispute. The petitioners are not the principal accused.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report, the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P. C.) of the eye witness as also the statement recorded of the victim.

State and the de-facto complainant are represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the injured named the petitioners also as the person who dealt the injuries to him, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 6760 of 2021 is dismissed.
