Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. The petitioner did not receive any amount in his bank account. The mobile SIM Card also does not belong to the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. He submits that the petitioner is a part of a racket undertaking bank fraud.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the complicity of the petitioner in the incident and considering the fact that the investigation is yet to be concluded, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 6759 of 2021 is dismissed.
