The petitioner is approached this Court on the strength of an order under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered that the said order is in reference to M.F. Case No. 438 of 2024 passed on 29.02.2024, I am of the opinion by efflux of time, the proceeding has become infructuous.

Learned advocate for the State is present and has drawn the attention of the Court to the enclosures in the writ petition.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the writ petition at the present stage is not maintainable. Accordingly, the instant writ petition being WPA 16674 of 2024 is dismissed.

All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
