Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned counsel appears for respondent nos. 2 & 3.

Mr. Suman Ghosh, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 1 Referring to Annexure P-7 at page 51 to the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the grievance of the petitioner is that, though hearing was concluded before the hearing authority and the petitioners had participated therein but till date no

reasoned order has been communicated to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the respondent no. 2 is directed to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of this writ petition. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 16671 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
