1. The civil revision has been preferred with two prayers.

2. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, the service is dispensed with.

3. The Learned Counsels for the petitioner at this stage of hearing, not presses his prayer-A and prays that the matter in Misc.Case No.556 of 2006(P) be disposed of expeditiously by the trial Court.

4. The said Misc.Case is pending since, 2006 before the Learned District Judge, Barasat.

5. Prior to that the matter was pending since the year 2002, before the Learned District Delegate. More than 23 years have passed, since the case was registered.

6. Accordingly, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Misc.Case no.556 of 2006 expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date of this order.

7. C.O. 2567 of 2024 is disposed of.

8. Applications, if any, connected thereto stands disposed consequently.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
