A report has also been filed through the learned Public Prosecutor as submitted by the Superintendent, Dum Dum Central Correctional Home wherein it appears that the appellant has served out his total sentence and on expiry of the said sentence he has been released from lawful custody. Let the report be made part of the record.
In view of the said report, the present apepal has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of 'as infructuous'.
All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
