After hearing the matter for some time, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order of demolition dated 24th May, 2024.

Accordingly, writ petition being WPA 16660 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal in accordance with the law.
