In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the State that the petitioner is entitled to continue till 28th February, 2022 and the fresh tender which has been issued is for the period beyond that, the grievance of the petitioner seems to be diluted.

Having regard to the contentions advanced by the learned advocate for the State, the learned advocate for the petitioner concedes to the submissions.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the petitioner should be allowed to continue his part of the duty till 28th February, 2022 and should not be disturbed till the said period. If the fresh tender, if any, which has been issued should be given effect to after 28th February, 2022.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 16950 of 2021 and connected applications, if any, are disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
