Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of August 8, 2020 and considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3498 of 2022 is dismissed.
