1. In response to administrative notice, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners appears and submits that all the petitioners were acquitted from the charge in connection with G.R. Case No. 1499 of 2015 arising out of Titagarh Police Case No. 199 of 2015 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore under Sections 498A/406/ 323/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/ 4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor along Mrs. Baishakhi Chatterjee appear on behalf of the State.

3. Copy of the judgment passed in connection with GR Case No. 1499 of 2015 is filed, wherefrom it is found that learned Magistrate acquitted all three

accused/petitioners herein on the ground that neither the de-facto complainant nor any witnesses could be examined as they died.

4. However, given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application is liable to be dismissed being infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
