Learned counsel for the State very rightly points out citing Section 21A of the West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013 that this application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

In those circumstances, this application is disposed of by directing the petitioner to immediately surrender before the competent court. She would be at liberty to apply for bail in that court. All grounds including those made out in the application are kept open. The petitioner would also be at liberty to bring to the notice of the learned court Order No. 5 dated 27th June, 2022 in Special Case No. 18 of 2022 passed by the designated judge at page 12 of this application, which the learned judge will take into account and consider in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this application CRM(A) 3499 of 2022 is disposed of.
