1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The present petitioners including husband of the petitioner no.2 have been implicated on the basis of the suicide note of the deceased. Husband of the present petitioner no.2 has already been released on regular bail. Investigation is stated to have progressed substantially. Petitioner no.1 is a man of tender age of 22 years old and petitioner no.2 is a lady.

3. We do not find any requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioners in the present case as found from the police records.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that each of

the petitioners shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid police station case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. The application being CRM(A) 2791 of 2023 is disposed of.

7. The concerned Arresting Officer is hereby directed to act upon the server copy of this order.
