The matter was specially assigned to this Bench. ML-298 14.08.2023 Court No.5 (AD) Appellant presented the appeal on September 27, 2002.

Report of the department is that, the appeal is defective.

Appellant took no steps for the purpose of curing the defect.

In view of the appellant not taking further steps, the department will treat FAT 3305 of 2002 as abated. FAT 3305 of 2002 is disposed of accordingly.
