Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party nos.4 and 5 have inadvertently been implicated and he may be allowed to struck off their name from the array of the parties. Learned counsel submits that in fact he had moved an application before learned trial court for including opposite party nos.4 and 5 and that application was dismissed by the learned trial court.

In view of the submissions made the name of opposite party nos. 4 and 5 be struck off from the array of the parties.

Let the necessary correction be made.

Learned counsel for the opposite party nos.1, 2 and 3 states that she does not want to file any affidavit-in-opposition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for extension of interim order. However, on perusal of the record it indicates that interim order was valid till November, 2024 and thereafter no application has been moved for extension of such interim order, as such, no grounds for extension of interim order. 6.

Let the matter be listed for final hearing on 1st December, 2025.
