The pen drive with the video and the call recording of the Officer-in-Charge of the police station has been handed over by the learned advocate of the petitioner to the learned advocate for the State respondents for forward transmission to the Superintendent of Police Howrah (Rural) for taking necessary steps, if required.

The Officer-in-Charge of Shyampur Police Station is directed to act strictly in accordance with the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Uluberia in Title Suit No.264 of 2024. The police are directed to ensure that there is no breach of peace.

The private respondents would be bound to comply the order passed by the learned Court till the same is varied/vacated/set aside by a Court of competent jurisdiction.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
