1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present.

2. This application is made with a prayer for direction upon the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore, South 24Parganas to dispose of the proceedings being AC 134 of 2023.

3. It appears that the said proceedings was instituted in the year 2023 and is pending till today.

4. Upon perusing the petition, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing service of notice upon the opposite party.

5. Thus, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore, South 24Parganas to dispose of the said proceedings within a period of four months from the next date fixed.
