The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that even after registration of Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 434 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025, the investigating authorities did not put in any efforts for examining the informant who has set the law into motion. Petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the investigating agency and as such has approached this Court for proper investigation. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, submits that pursuant to the investigation having been completed, Narendrapur Police Station has already submitted charge-sheet

on or about 4th July, 2025 before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 is present.

Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the opinion that presently the only remedy available to the petitioner is to canvass the issue relating to grievance before the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 193 of BNSS. Learned Magistrate would assess regarding the grievance of the petitioner and pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

Be that as it may, since the charge-sheet is before the learned court, if any other prayers are to be advanced, the same would be considered by the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15597 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
