Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent concerned has issued refund order under the relevant provisions of CST Act. Considering such submissions, I am of the view that no further order is needed to be passed when the respondent concerned has already issued refund order and it is expected that expeditiously they will make the payment.

This writ petition being W.P.A. 16971 of 2021 is disposed of.
