Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the Union of India. None appears for the respondent bank in spite of serving notice twice upon it. It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent bank authority concerned on 26th June, 2023 being Annexure P-2 to the writ petition and the details of the grievance will appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 15788 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the respondent bank authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 26th June, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order

after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such decision on the aforesaid representation to the petitioner within two weeks from date of such decision. Till the disposal of the aforesaid representation, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
