It is submitted that the petitioner/accused Smt. Madhabi Das found guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the judgment of conviction is passed against the accused Smt. Madhabi Das under Section 235(2) of the Cr. P.C.

and she was taken to custody and subsequently her prayer for bail was allowed.

The instant application has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceeding being GR Case No. 1566 of 2014 arising out of Khejuri P.S. case No. 389/14 under Sections 306/34 of

the Indian Penal Code. The said proceeding has been finally disposed of as aforesaid.

The instant application become infructuous. Hence the CRR 2071 of 2015 is, thus, dismissed being infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
