1. Learned advocate for the petitioner is present.

2. This application is moved with a prayer for a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, District-North 24-Parganas for expeditious disposal of M. Case No. 97 of 2024.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the case is pending for more than one year and till today the application for interim maintenance is not taken up.

4. Upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the learned advocates, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served upon directing service of notice upon the opposite party. Thus, this application is disposed with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, District-North 24-Parganas

to dispose interim application of M. Case No. 97 of 2024 expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment.

5. Let this revisional application being CRR 3032 of 2025 stands disposed of.
