Petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Basirhat P.S and to provide the address where he is presently residing to the said Officer-in-Charge as well as the court below and to report to Officer-in-Charge of the police station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e Hasnabad P.S once in a week are waived. He is directed to report to the Officer in Charge of Basirhat P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
