Case no. 1316 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

Since the case has been registered only on 4th March, 2024, learned trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit, in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of.
