Petitioners played an active role in causing extensive damage to public property and injury to public servants. They have also spread hatred among community which created a law and order situation. Investigation is still in progress. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
