The present revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of appeal being Criminal Appeal No.2 of 2021 from the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Raghunathpur to learned District and Sessions Judge, Purulia Sadar.

The proceeding in this case relates to a proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act.

Considering the nature of the prayer and that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application is disposed of directing learned Magistrate to proceed with the final hearing of the case.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
