It appears that the petitioner has prayed for some benefits in terms of a government circular and has challenged the impugned letter dated 27.07.2023 issued by Bakshirhat Mahavidyalaya, Cooch Behar.

Therefore, the matter ought to be heard by the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to file a fresh application before the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri after withdrawal of the present one.

On his prayer, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application before the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri afresh on the selfsame grounds.

Parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
