1. We find from the order sheet that there was none to represent the appellant when the matter was called on, on the last occasion (19.09.2024).

2. Today when the matter is called on, again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

3. In the circumstances, we are of the view that the appellant has lost interest in the present appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of appearance. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
