The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for quashing of G.R. 1065 of 2010 arising out of Chakdaha Police Station Case No. 433 of 2010 dated September 03, 2010 under Section 420/406/129(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Additional chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani.

On perusal of the application as well as annexures filed therein it appears that this is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed on merit.
