03-08-2022 AKG Ct. 21 The petitioner challenges a decision dated March 11, 2019, whereby Rabindra Bharati University, respondent no. 2, has declined to grant affiliation to Rabindra Vidyatirtha Mahavidyalaya as a faculty of dance, drama, music and painting of the said University. The aforesaid order impugned shows that there were certain deficiencies with regard to the payment of fees and the infrastructure of the said institute.

There is no pleading in this writ petition to show that the deficiencies as mentioned in the order impugned have been cured or made good by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 16975 of 2021 is dismissed.

This order will, however, not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition furnishing the details, if any, as to the fulfillment of the conditions as laid down in the order impugned.

Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if

applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
