1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer being the 4th respondents to execute the certificate dated November 22, 2022 within a specified period in accordance with law.

2. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that proceeding before the Certificate Officer is pending since November, 2022.

3. Considering that there is substantial delay in concluding the certificate proceeding, the writ application is

disposed of with the direction that the Certificate Officer shall make all endeavour to conclude the certificate proceedings in accordance with law preferably within 3 months from the date of this order.

4. WPA 16715 of 2024 stands disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certificate copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
