089352 dated 25th November, 2025 drawn on Indian Bank has been issued in favour of the applicant for payment of interest on Provident Fund amount for the period from 1st April, 2022 to 15th February, 2023. Said cheque dated 25th November, 2025 is made over to Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the applicant and a copy of same is taken on record.

In view of issuance of cheque dated 25th November, 2025 in favour of the applicant and same is made over to the learned advocate for the applicant Court finds that order dated 26th November, 2024 passed on connected writ petition is complied with.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
