Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned intimation of discontinuation of his service issued by Block Mission Director, BMMU & BDO, Shyampur-1, Howrah on 27th June, 2022 being annexure P/9 to the writ petition on the ground that the same has been issued without issuing any show-cause notice

and without giving any opportunity of hearing before taking such drastic action which is in violation of principle of natural justice.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 16208 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation against the aforesaid intimation dated 27th June, 2022 within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein the same shall be considered and disposed of by the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
