1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Regard being had to the seriousness of the offence, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C., though learned counsel for the petitioner placed before us some documents to show that so far as the circumstances attending the transaction are concerned, the petitioner was in custody in another case at that time.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
