1. There is a typographical mistake in the Judgment dated 29.04.2024. In the eighth line of the 15th paragraph at page 6 the word "deceased" should be read as "diseased" and also in the 15th paragraph of the twelfth line at page 7, the word 'deceased' should be read as "diseased".

2. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

3. The other portion of the order dated 29.04.2024 will remain as same.
