Inadvertently in the order dated 22.05.2024, it has been scribed as 'second page of the order' in reference to the number of the revisional application. However, the same should be 'third page of the order' wherein the number of the revisional application was wrongly recorded. The correct number should be read as 'CRR 2445 of 2023' which must be treated to be in the third page of the order dated 10.05.2024. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction as above.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the orders dated 22.05.2024 and 10.05.2024.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
