Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the writ petitioner on 25th January, 2023. 3.

The order dated 25th January, 2023 is recalled. 4.

The writ petition is hence restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are aggrieved that an order of status quo dated 14th August, 2020 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Basirhat, North 24-Parganas has not been enforced by the Baduria Police Station.

This Court directs the Officer-in-Charge, Baduria Police Station to strictly enforce the order of status quo

passed by the Court below and as specifically directed on 2nd September, 2021.

The petitioners shall communicate a copy of this order to the Baduria Police Station and the private respondents.

10.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
