The instant petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for setting aside the Order dated 25.11.2008 and order dated 18.02.2009 as well as Order dated 14.02.2011 passed by the learned ACJM, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South) in connection with G.R. Case No. 2875 of 2008 arising out of Bhangore Police Station Case No. 266(9) of 2008 dated 26.09.2008.

On perusal of the petition along with the annexures as well as the impugned order, it appears that in conspectus of facts and circumstances of the present case, invocation and exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Therefore, the revisional stands dismissed on merit.
