The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of her representation dated 22nd March, 2024 for empanelment in the post of Head Teacher in the DPSC, Kolkata.

In view of the above, the Chairman, DPSC, Kolkata, shall consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 22nd March, 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
