Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report of the petitioner showing serious injuries caused even on vital part of the body and the statements of the independent local eye-witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2453 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
