The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the impugned order dated 21.07.2011 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia in connection with Hanskhali Police Station Case No. 108 of 2010 dated 28.03.2010 corresponding G.Rs. No. 533 of 2010 under Section 420/406 of Indian Penal Code.

On perusal, the application along with impugned order shows that the impugned order was considered one and based on appreciation of materials available. Therefore, this court refrains from exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed.
