Petitioner is aggrieved by that fact that in spite of Baruipur PS Case no. 1824/24 dated 15.11.2024 having been registered, he is subjected to interference at the behest of the private respondent.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent is present and submits that the private respondent has suffered financial loss because of the act and action of the petitioner.

Petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to repay the rest of the amount which has been referred to in the agreement.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that he is ready and willing to withdraw the case, in case rest of the amount is paid. Petitioner and the private respondent would file a joint compromise petition before the learned Magistrate. It would be forwarded to the investigating officer of the case. The investigating officer would take the said joint compromise petition into account and arrive at his conclusion while submitting the report under Section 193 of the BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15704 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
