Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed copies of death certificates in respect of all the petitioners who have expired. Let the copies of the death certificates be kept with the record.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have expired, the present revisional application abates and is disposed of accordingly as being infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
