Nazrul Islam Mr. Kaushik Gupta, Mr. Arijit Bhusan Bagchi .....for the Petitioner Mr. Sabbir Ahmed, Mr. Asif Hussain, Mr. Mujibar Ali Naskar, Ms. Labani Pan .....for opposite party The learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.3.2018 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah. The petitioner has also approached the Sessions Court invoking its revisional jurisdiction. I do not find any illegality in the orders passed by the learned Magistrate but for reasons best known, the petitioner/applicant did not cross-examine the witness namely, Khatiar Rahaman tendered by the opposite party. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances, I grant another opportunity to the petitioner/applicant to complete her cross-examination within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It has also been submitted regarding no payment towards maintenance being paid, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an execution case which the learned Magistrate would deal in accordance with law.

With the observations, CRR 1985 of 2019 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
