The petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition on the appearing private respondents. Counsel for the private respondents submits that they have received a notice of alleged unauthorized construction and the private respondents are responding to the same and are taking steps in accordance with law. It is further submitted that Howrah Police Station has submitted instructions addressed to the State Advocate that there is no construction going on at the said property. The private respondent no.8, namely, Md. Salim @ Japan is personally present in Court and undertakes not to effect any construction until

approved and permitted by the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner may participate in such proceedings before the Howrah Municipal Corporation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the matter.

Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
