I have considered the accusations.

The accusations are dispute between the petitioner being an employee with the respondent who is an employer. Having regard to the fact that alternative and efficacious remedies are available under the necessary statutory provisions, there is no scope for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, WPA 15658 of 2025 is dismissed.
