Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application. As such, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
