The petitioner prays for implementation of the order passed by the Board of Administrators, Konnagar Municipality.
The order passed by the Municipality has not been set aside/stayed/vacated or modified by any Court of competent jurisdiction. The Municipality is bound to implement its own order.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Konnogar Municipality to take steps for implementation of the order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order provided the order dated January 18, is not set
aside/vacated/stayed/modified or varied by any Court of jurisdiction.
The petition stands disposed of.
