1. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. By an order dated 25th August, 2025, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail which was extended from time to time till date.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 25th August, 2025 and subsequently the order was extended from time to time and the petitioner is complying with the direction passed by this Court and is cooperating with the investigating officer. He prays for confirming the interim order passed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that as regard, complying with the order passed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the investigating officer and is cooperating with the investigating agency. He further submits that if this Court intends to confirm the interim order, condition may be imposed so that the investigation should not be hampered and the petitioner should not be flee from justice.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record. This Court finds that since 25th August, 2025 the petitioner is enjoying the interim bail and there is no allegation that the petitioner has violated the terms and conditions directed by this Court and the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation agency.

6. Considering the above, the interim bail granted by this Court on 25th August, 2025 is hereby confirmed.

7. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with one surety, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court and the petitioner shall not leave the State of West Bengal without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

8. Thus, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2462 of 2025 stands disposed of.

9. The name of the learned counsel appearing for the State in the previous order passed by this Court shall be read as Mr. Vivekananda Bose instead of Mr. Vivekhanda Ghosh.

10. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for extension of time to file exception to the report filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

11. Let the exception be filed by 16th December, 2025 after serving a copy thereof to the respondents.

12. Let the matter appear on 7th January, 2026 at 2 pm. (Krishna Rao, J.)
