Learned Advocate for the School Service Commission submits that the instant writ petition is not maintainable.

However, from the prayers made in this writ petition, there is no necessity to pass any fresh or further order, since the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by the judgment of this Court passed in WPA 9597 of 2019 (Aktarul Islam Kayal & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 11th December 2019 in a bunch of writ petitions.

I am of the view that if the case of the petitioners stand on the same footing as of the petitioners in the aforesaid case, the present petitioners may avail benefit of the said judgment. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
